Natural, Seasonal & Pesticide-Free: A collection of pesticide-free, regeneratively grown produce, all grown on-site at our market garden (please see the latest Harvest Update for a detailed description of current contents).
An Emphasis on Taste and Nutrition: Each parcel will contain heirloom varieties, and will sometimes include only heirlooms—open-pollinated plants with rich histories of breeding for flavour over large-scale commercial considerations. We love brightly coloured varieties that are not only beautiful on our plates, but bursting with phytonutrients!
Truly Ours, Truly Local: We do not include produce from any other farms, so we can guarantee that all our food is pesticide-free, grown in a beautiful biodiverse field, and truly local to you (>25km).
Small-Scale, Community-Driven: With each Harvest Bag you purchase, you help grow Bee’s Boon (but not too big!), so that, in future, we can deliver even greater choices in quantity and variety.
Washing Disclaimer: Please wash all produce thoroughly before eating. We harvest straight from the field to your bag on the very morning of delivery. While we do our absolute best to shake off the excess soil, you might find a little bit of South Wexford earth on your roots!
- Our Ultra-Local Radius: We deliver exclusively within a 25km radius of our South Wexford market garden.
- Order Deadlines: You can place an order at any time. However, to receive your order on the same week you are placing it, the deadline is Thursday 6PM. Orders received after this will carry forward to the following Friday and will include the featured harvest for that subsequent week.
- Delivery Day: To keep our single-person startup sustainable, we harvest and deliver all bags on Fridays so you have peak freshness for the weekend and can amend your weekend shopping list.
- Contactless Drop-Off: If you won’t be home, just let us know a safe, dry place (like a porch or shed) where we can leave your paper harvest bag safe from the elements.
